The O+ Festival of art, music and wellness returns to Kingston, NY for the third year this October 5, 6, and 7. The three-day event has been hailed for positing an innovative, grassroots, band-aid solution to inaccessible healthcare for the arts community. Participating artists and musicians receive medical, dental, and wellness services as barter for their contributions to a weekend of outstanding festival programming.
