The Philadelphia Film and Music Festival or “Philly F/M Fest” for short, will occur on September 23rd-September 26th, 2010.The four-day festival will be comprised of over forty participating music and film venues and will feature a wide variety of regional, national and international musicians and filmmakers, a trade event and lots of free day parties.
