San Miguel Primavera Sound Festival is an event that takes place in Barcelona, Spain, usually between May and June. Since 2005 the festival moved to the Parc del Fòrum site. The festival collaborates closely with All Tomorrow's Parties who curates one of the four big stages. ATP takes place one week earlier and many of the acts on that festival also perform on this festival. The festival attracts approximately 60.000 visitors per edition. Also, daytime performances take place in a park somewhere else in Barcelona. These smaller performances have a free entrance. In the week before the festival, several showcase nights take place in clubs and venues.
